Friends,

I am excited to announce my candidacy for Mayor of Winooski!

When Mayor Lott stepped down and entrusted me with the responsibility of serving as Interim Mayor, it was unexpected—but I was ready to meet the challenge. It has been an honor to step into this role, and on this Town Meeting Day, I respectfully ask Winooski residents to vote for me to continue serving our city as Mayor.

Since first being elected to the Winooski City Council in 2022, I have dedicated my efforts to promoting housing-friendly policies, fostering a vibrant and welcoming downtown, supporting continued economic growth, and advocating for everyday Winooski residents. I am committed to continuing this work and to fighting every day to ensure Winooski remains the best place to live, work, and visit. Winooski is a city built by neighbors who work hard and show up for one another every day.

As Mayor, I’ve seen firsthand both the strength of our community and the work that still lies ahead. I remain committed to listening to and standing with our most marginalized neighbors, ensuring their voices continue to shape the decisions we make together.

At a time when the cost of living continues to rise, when rents are climbing, housing and
construction costs are putting pressure on families, and too many neighbors are worried about whether they can afford to stay in the community they love, Winooski needs steady, compassionate leadership rooted in community and focused on protecting what makes this city a place where everyone belongs.

With gratitude and respect,
